Joining the Directory

West Midlands Healthcare Libraries Network (WMHLN) comprises of health related library and information units of NHS, Higher Education and charitable organisations in the West Midlands.

If you and/or your organisation would like to be a member of WMHLN and have you details listed in the Directory of Institutions, please complete the following application and consent form.  This is a legal requirement and provides us with the permission to put your details in the Directory.

Please download and print out the Data Protection and Membership Details form (MS Word document) and return it to West Midlands Library Services Development Unit (full postal address on form).

Once we have received your completed form we will add your details to the Directory.  We will also contact you with further information on how you can update and maintain your own details as and when you need to.
