Support from the WMLSDU

The West Midlands Library Services Development Unit has produced a planning framework designed to support library staff planning and working towards chartership status. The framework is a supporting tool to help plan your personal development programme for the qualification. It identifies relevant areas of skills and knowledge to health libraries and can be used as a starting point in identifying which aspects of library work you need to focus on in your Personal Professional Development Plan (PPDP).

Planning framework for candidates planning and working towards chartered status with CILIP. March 2005.
