I N T R O D U C T I O N Knowledge Discovery: Skills for the 21st Century Workforce is a new training programme for people in primary care and mental health who would like to gain effective information skills to enable them to find and organise information. If you are an administrator or practice manager and would like to learn how to search the World Wide Web and organise book/ resource collections then this programme is for you.
